Do I get access to all the content on the site or just the class I’m interested in?

When you sign up for our Product Photography Masterclass, you get complete access to ALL the classes on our platform. This includes live shows, member discounts, competitions, and much more!

How do I access classes and live shows?

Once you’re a member of our Masterclass, you can enjoy our classes and live shows from anywhere in the world as long as you have a stable internet connection.

How long will I have access to the classes?

Depending on your subscription plan:

Monthly or Annual Plan: You’ll have access to all content as long as you maintain your subscription and stay connected to the internet.

Six-Month Plan: You’ll enjoy access for six months.

In what format are your classes presented?

Our courses and live shows are available in Full HD streaming. You can watch them on various devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and computers.

How do I update my account information?

Log in, go to the ‘My Account’ menu at the top-right of the page, and click ‘My Account.’ There, you can select the option you need to update your account information.

How can I buy a subscription as a gift for someone else?

To purchase a gift subscription, sign up for a new account and provide the recipient’s details, including their name and email. You’ll also create a password for them, which they can change later.

Why Rs 999 per month?

We believe that our product photography masterclass offers exceptional value for just Rs 999 per month. Our goal is to provide the best possible education in the field. We aim to offer you the best value for your investment.

What membership plans do you offer?

We offer three membership plans: Monthly, Annual and Six-Month. All plans grant full access to ALL our classes, live workshops, competitions, discounts, and projects, including certification. Monthly and Annual subscriptions involve recurring payments and automatic renewal, while Six-Month subscriptions involve one-time payments.

How often do you release new content?

We consistently release new content, aiming to offer one new class and at least two live shows every month.

How can I upgrade my plan?

Simply log in, go to the ‘My Account’ menu at the top-right of the page, click ‘My Account,’ and select ‘Upgrade plan.’ Any credit from your current plan will be deducted from the cost of your new plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through:

Debit card or credit card

Please note that we cannot accept payments over the phone, via email, or by mail. Subscriptions are charged in Rs.

Can I download FDS Masterclass videos?

No, you are not entitled to download, copy, distribute, or share any FDS Masterclass video content. Your agreement with us is for streaming access only.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can. Simply log in, go to the ‘My Account’ menu at the top-right of the page, click ‘My Account,’ and select ‘Pause.’

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, log in, go to the ‘My Account’ menu at the top-right of the page, click ‘My Account,’ and select ‘Cancel.’

I have a question about one of the classes. Where can I ask it?

You can ask any technical or class-related questions in the comments section under the relevant class video. Our team, including Manish Soni, will be delighted to assist.

Can I access the masterclass from multiple devices?

Yes, you can access our masterclass from various devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and computers. Simply use your login credentials to sign in on the device of your choice.

Do you offer any free trial for your masterclass?

We currently do not offer a free trial, but you can explore some free sample content on our platform to get a taste of what our masterclass offers.

Is there a community or forum where I can interact with other students and instructors?

Absolutely! We have a vibrant community where you can interact with fellow students, share your work, ask questions, and even get feedback from instructors. You can join the community here.

What do I do if I forget my password or have trouble logging in?

If you forget your password or experience login issues, simply click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive instructions on how to reset your password.

What types of photography equipment and software are recommended for this masterclass?

Our masterclass is designed to be accessible with a wide range of equipment, from basic to advanced. However, we recommend having a camera (DSLR or mirrorless), a tripod, and basic photo editing software.

Do I need a high-speed internet connection to access the masterclass content?

While a high-speed internet connection is ideal for the best viewing experience, you can access our content with a stable standard internet connection.

Are there any prerequisites or prior experience required to enrol in the masterclass?

No prior experience is required. Our masterclass is suitable for beginners and experienced photographers looking to improve their product photography skills.
