FDS Masterclass Terms Of Use

Membership

As a member of the FDS Masterclass, you gain access to all our courses, live meetings, competitions, and member discounts throughout your membership duration. To use our services, you must provide a valid payment method. Failure to make a payment in any given month will result in the loss of access to our platform.

Monthly Plan

Monthly Plan subscriptions are billed monthly in Rupees(₹) and renew automatically. By purchasing a Monthly subscription, you authorize us to charge your next membership fee to the linked payment method unless you cancel before your next monthly billing date.

6 Month Plan

With a 6-Month One Time Plan, you can access the FDS Masterclass for half a year. Simply make a one-time payment, and your access begins immediately upon purchase.

Yearly Plan

Lifetime Plan subscriptions involve a single, one-time payment that grants lifetime access to the FDS Masterclass. Additionally, you receive bonus gifts and the opportunity for portfolio review and personal portfolio website page creation by FDS Masterclass. 

By purchasing a yearly subscription, you authorize us to charge your next membership fee to the linked payment method unless you cancel before your next yearly billing date.

Membership Upgrades

Members can upgrade their memberships through the ‘My Account’ section. Any credit from your current plan is automatically applied to the price of the new plan. By upgrading, you authorize us to charge the difference to your account. The new subscription will be linked to your account for future automatic renewal unless you cancel before your next billing date.

Inappropriate Comments and Communications

We may block or withhold approval of comments and communications we consider abusive or inappropriate. Members engaging in such behaviour will receive a formal warning. Failure to heed this warning may lead to immediate membership termination without refunds.

Redistribution of Content

Downloading, copying, distributing, or sharing membership content is not permitted. Your agreement allows streaming access only. Access to educational content, live shows, courses, competitions, discounts, and prizes is restricted to members. Redistribution of content may lead to account termination and further action.

Changes to Terms

We may adjust these terms and membership fees and will inform you before your next monthly renewal.

Pausing a Subscription

When you pause your subscription, you maintain access until the end of your billing cycle. Upon the pause’s end, your subscription reactivates, with billing adjusted accordingly. You can resume your subscription during the pause period.

Cancelling a Subscription

Subscription fee payments are non-refundable. Cancellation can be done at any time via the ‘Cancellation’ page. Access continues until the subscription term ends.

Exclusively for the first 200 members, they can continue lifetime access for the same initial price, only without disruption in the subscription. If they cancelled the subscription, they would have to start with the new pricing plan.
